You may furnish your own tables and chairs or rent them from us. Power is available in predetermined areas only and must be requested on the application for consideration. (NO SHARING BOOTHS).
Bring your own tent (white or neutral color), table and chairs. If you need to rent any or all of these items, contact Aggie Nivilinszky at aggie@ngaa4arts.com, before April 15th.
Free artist parking is available one block off the festival site. Artists must park in the designated parking area with the exception of set up and tear down.
Either Friday from 4:00 – 8:00 pm or Saturday from 6:00 – 8:00 am. You will be assigned a setup time. There will be flat beds available (first come first serve basis) to help with unloading from your vehicle. CARS MUST BE UNLOADED AND MOVED IMMEDIATELY; if you don’t have a person to watch your art when parking, one of our volunteers can.
May begin at 5:00 pm Saturday after festival is over. We have volunteers with flat beds to help artists load all materials in the vehicles. You will not be allowed to use a cart or go to the curb until you are completely broken down. Please do not bring materials ready to load if your vehicle is not in the loading area. CARS MUST NOT BE PARKED IN LOADING ZONE UNTIL ALL MATERIALS ARE READY TO GO IN CARS. That way the car is only there when the materials are curbside. This controls carts, traffic and time.
Must be accurate, clear and up-to-date. Submit a total of 3 photos, one of the booth display and two photos of the individual art pieces. Not including the required photos may result in the application labeled incomplete and could be returned. Items sold must be similar to items represented in the photographs.
The early bird registration fee is $80.00 until 12/30 and the regular registration fee is $100.00 until 3/31.
Electricity will be an additional $40 per outlet. Our park offers 120 V outlets. YOU MUST BRING AT LEAST 100′ EXTENSION CORD. If you require more than two outlets or have unique power needs, please indicate in detail below or attach an additional sheet. Applicants not accepted will receive their photos and booth check in the mail.
